A birth doula's role is to provide physical and emotional support for families during pregnancy, delivery, and early postpartum period. Rebeca and Kari work together as a doula team to assist you in considering your birth preferences, offer resources and evidence-based information, help prepare your home for baby's arrival, provide companionship and support to you and your partner during labor and delivery, assist with breastfeeding, and instruct on basic newborn care.  

Birth Services

  • Consultations are complimentary
  • Complete birth doula support, $700.00 - $1000.00 sliding scale
  • Includes: 2-6 prenatal visitations, accompaniment to classes/appointments/facility tours (as desired), 24/7 on-call availability two weeks prior to and after estimated due date, unlimited labor support, continued immediate postpartum support through baby's first feeding, 1 sixty-minute postpartum massage, and 2-3 postpartum visitations
